If you can keep playing tennis when somebody is shooting a gun down the street, that’s concentration.
What first began as the jeu de paume (“game of the palm”) in 12th century France, Tennis evolved to become one of the best loved sports and is available to anyone who can hold a racket.
The pinnacle of the sport are the four grand slam tournaments : the Australian Open and the US Open played on hard surface courts, the French Open played on red clay and of course Wimbledon played on grass.
I wanted to capture the kinetic energy and movement of this female player during Wimbledon recently.
